Anchor Manufacturing Changes its Name
Strad Energy Services is pleased to announce that effective January 1st, 2009; Anchor Manufacturing changed its name to Strad Manufacturing. Although the name changed, Strad Manufacturing will continue to operate with the same exceptional people, products and service you've come to expect from Anchor.
Strad Manufacturing is based in Nisku, Alberta. The company has built a solid reputation as an industry leader in the manufacturing of structural steel equipment, specifically, matting and steel oilfield equipment. In 2008, Anchor earned Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification through an established commitment to high standards of workmanship, customer service and health and safety.
Anchor became a division of Strad Energy Services in 2006. The name change to Strad Manufacturing is the evolution of the "One Company" initiative that Strad Energy Services embarked on last year. This program brings Strad's diverse operations into five core business units: Rentals, Compression & Production Services, Controls, Structures and Manufacturing. In 2009, this initiative will be completed.

Through 2009, Anchor Manufacturing will begin the transition of its current website (www.anchormanufacturing.ca) to a new Strad Manufacturing website (www.stradmanufacturing.com). During this transition, www.anchormanufacturing.ca will remain up and running until completion. |
